Cut the rind (skin of pig) from the pork and discard. Cut the pork into cubes and fry in oil until crisp.

Add the beans with the sauce to the pan, stir gently and heat. Do not add salt. Fry the eggs in another pan, or the same pan if you are feeling lucky. Toast the bread. Serves two or one pig.
