Pig Wellingtona tasty pork recipe

quarter/third pig fillet,
one sheet oven-ready (flaky) pastry,
one spoonful liver sausage (liverwurst/paté),
one spoonful finely chopped mushroom (optional),
salt and pepper to taste
This is an extremely simple and tasty recipe for one person (or for five, just quintuple the ingredients). Clean, salt and pepper each piece of pig fillet. Coat with liver sausage and then chopped mushroom. Wrap in pastry. Preheat oven to 200°C or 400°F or gas mark 6. Place on baking tray in middle of oven for 20 minutes (or until pastry is brown). Serve hot with ketchup, boiled broccoli or peas, and potatoes.
