So this is a heart attack. I stopped the car and got out for some fresh air.

Much pain where I think my heart is, but no arm pains, no tunnel vision, no fainting. Fail alarm. After a while I felt better and drove off.

My doctor told me when sitting for a long time that gas can expand the guts at the top and cause much pain. Just stand up and move about.
