Potatoes and peas (aloo muttar) is a very simple Indian vegetarian dish but very tasty.
Boil the potatoes and peas, and leave to cool.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Fry some mustard seeds and chilies in a little oil.
Add the fennel seeds and fry.
Add the potatoes, peas, a little curry powder and salt.
Fry together and serve hot.
