Heat oven to 180°C or 350°F or gas mark 4.
Flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar first, then nuts, carrots and bananas, mix lightly, and add eggs and oil. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until brown.
When using self-raising flour add 2 level teaspoons baking powder and no salt.
